Hops

This is a good on-track warmup. It's just a simple front-to-back hop, and a side-to-side hop. Rep count would be 15 to 20 reps. This is great to increase your heart rate as you go out on the track. The advanced movement of these exercises now involves doing them with one leg. Keep your rep count from 10 to 12.
