FAQ

How do I use APEX?
Welcome! We have tried our best to make sure APEX is easy to navigate, but due to the amount of content on there, we totally understand it can be a lot to take in at first glance! Once you are logged into the Kart Class website, simply click APEX from the dropdown box on the top right of the website. APEX will open & you are able to type in your queries and receive answers in seconds.

Will I lose access to APEX as soon as I cancel my subscription?
You will have access to APEX within the subscription period you have paid for. Cancelling just tells us that you wish to not roll over your subscription! For example, you could sign up to the 1-month subscription plan and regardless of when you choose to cancel within that period, you will still have access for that month.

What payment options do you have?
APEX is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. You’re able to change your subscription time at any point to upgrade. Payments can be made via PayPal & Credit Card.

How do the payments work?
It depends on which subscription option you go for! Whichever option you choose, you will be charged at the start of each subscription period. For example: if you sign up to our monthly subscription you will be charged the monthly rate, one month from your purchase. Please do remember APEX is a subscription-based service, which means it will continue to roll over, unless you cancel.

How do I cancel my subscription?
We’re sorry to see you go! You can upgrade or cancel your account through the Profile section of the website. Once logged in, select APEX Subscription Portal. Once you’re in the subscriptions page, you can cancel your subscription.
Please note: in order to avoid being charged, please cancel more than 24 hours before your renewal date. If you cancel through our website, please look out for an email confirming your subscription has been cancelled. If you do not receive this, please contact us at info@kartclass.com to check you have cancelled correctly.

I forgot to cancel in time, can I have a refund?
Your membership needs to be cancelled up to 24 hours before your next payment date. Unfortunately, if you forget to cancel in time, we are unable to offer you a refund. If you’re thinking about cancelling your account, we recommend that you do so sooner rather than later, to avoid the chance of you forgetting to cancel in time.
