Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds if you miss the 24-hour cancellation window. We recommend cancelling as soon as possible to avoid charges.

To cancel, log into your account and go to the Profile section. From there, select the APEX Subscription Portal and follow the steps to cancel. Please make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged. After cancellation, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If you don't, please contact us atinfo@kartclass.com.

You will be charged at the start of each subscription period. For example, with a monthly subscription, you’ll be charged on the day you sign up, and again one month later. Remember, APEX is a subscription service, so your plan will renew automatically unless you cancel.

APEX offers both monthly and yearly subscription plans. Payments can be made via PayPal or credit card. You can upgrade or change your subscription plan at any time.

No, you will retain access until the end of your current subscription period. Cancelling simply means your subscription will not renew at the end of that period.

After logging into the Kart Class website, simply click on the APEX option from the dropdown in the top right corner. APEX will open, and you can immediately start typing your queries to receive answers in seconds.
