This is all about trying to drive at about 90-95%, as the track is very coarse, it hurts the tyres, and they overheat in temperature very quickly. As we approach Turn 1, it's a left-hand kink that you need to go flat out and keep the kart about 30cm off the inside kerb. At this point you want to allow the kart to flow towards the centre part of the racetrack. If you're in too tight, you're going to wash out at the second part of a double left-hand Turn 1 corner.
