A quick and easy beginning hand-eye coordination exercise is a simple partner ball toss. This can be done either indoors or out on the go-kart track. An advanced version of these hand-eye coordination exercises is now performed on an unstable surface. In this case, we're using a Waff performance pillow.
This exercise is great for hand-eye coordination and utilizing a partner in or off the track. The beginning version of this exercise is just utilizing one ball with a partner and progressing from there.
